Playoff Schedule Is Here

Playoff schedule has been announced.  Wildcats get the #3 seed and play the Saints in round 1 at VHS at noon.  If we win, we will play the winner of the Racers and Foxes/Tigers on Sunday at Cabrillo at 4:00.

Note: Practice this Thursday will run from 4:00-5:30 at Balboa.

Game 9- 2/20/16

Wildcats win another thriller, 9-5.  Great defense played by both teams.  We had a small lead throughout the game and held off the late attack from the Otters.  Fiorella lead the team in scoring with 6 points, Cynthia had 2, and Kelsey hit a free throw.

This win gives the Wildcats some momentum heading into the playoffs next weekend.  We finished the regular season with a record of 6-2-1.  We have a double-header if we win our first round playoff game on Saturday, February 27.  Time TBD.

Game 8- 2/13/16

It's a tie!  The Wildcats end their losing streak, but fail to get the win.  In another close, hard-fought game, the Wildcats end in a tie, 13-13.  It was back and forth all game.  The Foxes scored late to tie it up.  We then played a 3 minute overtime that went scoreless.  The Wildcats are now 5-2-1 with one remaining regular season game to go before the playoffs.

Games 6 & 7

Wildcats lose back-to-back games.  In two very close, hard-fought games the Wildcats fall to 5-2.  The first game they fell 13-18(?).  Game 7 they lost a close one late 7-13.
